Fantasy Baseball: 5 Pitchers to Stream in Week 4
Jerad Eickhoff has rejoined the Phillies rotation in place of a demoted Nick Pivetta, and he's set up to help fantasy owners with a favorable matchup against the Marlins. Which other widely available starters should you target in Week 4?

Jeff Samardzija, San Francisco Giants

Start: April 23rd at Toronto Blue Jays
ESPN ownership: 9%

It was surprising to see Jeff Samardzija go largely undrafted in fantasy leagues heading into 2019, considering his last healthy season in 2017 was his fifth consecutive campaign posting over 200 innings pitched, while he still calls home the cavernous pitcher's haven that is AT&T Park.

A solid if unspectacular start to the season (2.91 ERA and 23% strikeouts in 21.2 frames) has seen The Shark's ownership gradually rise, and we should expect fantasy interest in the 34-year-old righty to continue mounting as he's slated to toe the rubber against a poor Blue Jays offense on Tuesday. With Toronto sporting the worst group strikeout rate in all of baseball heading into Week 4 action, Samardzija looks like a strong plug-and-play option that will be relevant in even the shallowest leagues.
