Matt Wisler, Atlanta Braves, 5.3 percent owned
Probable Starts:
Tuesday 5/10 against Philadelphia
Sunday 5/15 at Kansas City
Matt Wisler hasn't been missing many bats, but he has been able to limit the damage, posting a 3.24 ERA through six appearances. He's coming off of an eight-inning shutout of the Mets, in which he allowed just one hit.
He has an excellent opportunity to continue to post strong numbers in two appealing matchups this week. The Phillies have struggled against right-handers for two years now, posting the 28th-ranked wOBA against righties this season after ranking dead last in that category last season.
His second opponent, the Royals, had no problem with righties last year, but rank 20th in wOBA against them in 2016. Kansas City has really struggled recently, averaging just 2.7 runs over their last 12 games and winning just three of those games. They also just lost one of their best hitters, Mike Moustakas, to a broken thumb.
Wisler is available in over 94 percent of ESPN leagues, but he has some sneaky two-start potential this week.
