5 Under-the-Radar Daily Fantasy Baseball Plays for 6/1/16
With several elite pitchers in good matchups, Aaron Sanchez is likely to be overlooked. Who else will fly under-the-radar?

Denard Span, OF, San Francisco Giants

FanDuel Price: $3,300

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Denard Span could be a trendy value play, but I'd expect Gutierrez to be the more popular of the cheap outfielders. Similar to Werth, Span is likely to go overlooked because of all the outfield options available.

Why You Should Use Him:

Span collected three hits last night, his second three-hit night in his last three games. He looks to stay hot in an appealing matchup against Williams Perez, who has a career 4.81 SIERA. He's been able to effectively limit the damage this season, but his .248 BABIP suggests that regression is coming.

Perez has predictably struggled against lefties in his career, allowing a .356 wOBA and .455 slugging percentage. Span has posted improved numbers in essentially every offensive category against right-handers in his career and should have no problem continuing that trend tonight.
