5 Under-the-Radar Daily Fantasy Baseball Plays for 6/3/16
With a plethora of enticing pitching options, Drew Pomeranz is likely to go overlooked, despite a favorable home matchup. Who else will fly under the radar?

Brad Miller, SS, Tampa Bay Rays

FanDuel Price: $3,100

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Carlos Correa and Xander Bogaerts both have terrific matchups, and it is going to be hard to ignore Jonathan Villar with the way he is playing. Brad Miller will likely demand a small chunk of the shortstop ownership at such a bargain bin price tag, but it won't be high enough due to the other shortstops available.

Why You Should Use Him:

We expected Miller to stay hot yesterday with another weak righty on the mound, and he didn't disappoint -- collecting two more hits and scoring twice. He has another excellent opportunity to keep raking today against Ricky Nolasco. Nolasco's ERA currently sits at 5.28, after posting a 6.75 last year and 5.38 in 2014. Not great, Bob!

As noted in yesterday's article, Miller has posted extreme splits against right-handed hitters throughout his career. Predictably, Nolasco has struggled against lefties, which makes this matchup even more enticing.

The Rays have a healthy projected run total of 4.3, and Miller should be a big part of reaching that number while hitting out of the two-hole. He is an excellent play in all formats tonight at this price.
