4 Under-the-Radar FanDuel MLB Hitters for 6/29/16
Robinson Cano finds himself in an excellent spot for production tonight yet might go overlooked due to a loaded second base player pool.

Anthony Rendon, 3B, Washington Nationals

FanDuel Price: $2,700

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

There are several appealing third base options tonight, including Kyle Seager, Todd Frazier, Jung Ho Kang, and Trevor Plouffe, which should be enough to hold Anthony Rendon's ownership in check.

Why You Should Use Him:

Rendon has multi-hit games in three of his past four contests and now has the third-most FanDuel points among the third base options on today's slate. For whatever reason, though, he is priced as the 17th-most expensive third baseman. In a matchup against the inexperienced Logan Verrett, he is certainly worth a look at such a cheap price.

Verrett has a 4.14 ERA and 4.89 xFIP this season and actually has a higher career xFIP against righties than lefties. He has given up 12 combined runs in his last two starts and could certainly struggle again tonight against a dangerous Washington lineup.

Rendon has posted slightly better numbers against lefties in his career, but his numbers against righties are impressive too -- including a career 37 percent hard-hit rate.

It's hard to justify passing on Rendon at such a cheap price, especially with the way he has been swinging the bat recently. He is a viable option in any format tonight.
