5 Under-the-Radar Daily Fantasy Baseball Hitters for 7/6/16
Xander Bogaerts will be a popular play tonight, but an excellent matchup makes Brad Miller an intriguing pivot. Who else makes for a solid contrarian play?

Rougned Odor, 2B, Texas Rangers

FanDuel Price: $3,100

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Dustin Pedroia and Jose Altuve will likely be popular options, while Rougned Odor may be in the second-tier of ownership in a matchup against Steven Wright (2.42 ERA).

Why You Should Use Him:

Odor just continues to mash since returning from suspension on June 4, boasting a .286 batting average, .548 slugging percentage and 45.3% hard-hit rate during that span. He's really enjoyed this trip to Boston, going 5-for-8 with a double, home run and 4 RBI's. He'll look to finish strong in tonight's matchup against Steven Wright.

Wright's numbers on the season are impressive, but the knuckleballer has shown signs of falling back to earth in his two most recent starts -- posting a 6.52 ERA and 2.07 WHIP in that stretch.

Wright's career 4.50 xFIP against left-handed batters is higher than his mark against righties and suggests that Odor matches up well with him.

Vegas sees Wright struggling once again in this start, projecting the Rangers for the fifth-highest total on the slate. If he slips up against Texas' potent lineup, he could be in for a long day. At his price, Odor is worth a look in all formats.
