Which NBA players have provided the most value to fantasy basketball owners in recent years?

2. Kevin Durant, Oklahoma City Thunder (2012-13)

We've already seen how valuable KD was in his MVP season, but he was even better the year prior. Many NBA watchers would argue he very well could've (or should've) won the MVP over LeBron James. Either way, it was his best season for fantasy purposes. Durant's 28.1 points per game and 90.5% from the line elevated him to second and third in those categories.

For the year, he also contributed 7.9 rebounds, 4.6 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.3 blocks per game. Only his 3.5 turnovers per game were cause for a below average value (-2.14). In all other standard categories, he was at a mark of .6 or above. His total value was .22 superior to that of the aforementioned James.
