The 10 Best Fantasy Basketball Seasons in Recent History
Which NBA players have provided the most value to fantasy basketball owners in recent years?

9. Anthony Davis, New Orleans Pelicans (2014-15)

Values: 1.11 Total/1.00 Per Game/.54 Per 36 Minutes

Anthony Davis really came onto the fantasy scene quick. After averaging a double-double in his second NBA season, the Brow improved his numbers to 24.4 points, 10.2 rebounds and 2.9 blocks per game. His fantasy values in those three statistical areas placed him 5th, 10th and 1st, respectively, among all players.

Davis was far above-average in two other areas, as well. He shot 53.5% from the field that year, and proceeded to tally 1.5 steals a night. For what he lacked in three-point shooting -- where his categorical value was -1.18 -- Davis made up for in those categories and was even slightly above league average in free throw percentage and turnovers, making for an elite fantasy asset.
