2017 NBA Mock Draft 2.0: How Should the First Round Play Out?
The Philadelphia 76ers will likely make Markelle Fultz the top pick in Thursday's Draft. Who do the numbers tell us should go next?

12. Detroit Pistons: Frank Ntilikina, PG

Team needs: Point guard efficiency, three-point shooting, penetration.

With this point guard from France, what you see is what you get, and what you get is a lanky 6'5" athlete who averaged 11.1 points, 4.7 rebounds and 3.1 assists per 40 minutes over a 44-game season with Strasbourg International.

Outside of the fact that Ntilikina shots 47.8% from two and 39.1% from three, we don't get a lot more from overseas play. But, if we do know one thing, it's that no unit could be much worse than the Detroit Pistons' point guard battalion.

With Reggie Jackson and Ish Smith sharing time, the Pistons were outplayed and out-scored by 2.5 points per game. The fact that Ntilikina's 51% effective field goal rate is 4.6% better than Pistons floor generals is just icing on the cake.
