2017 NBA Mock Draft 2.0: How Should the First Round Play Out?
The Philadelphia 76ers will likely make Markelle Fultz the top pick in Thursday's Draft. Who do the numbers tell us should go next?

11. Charlotte Hornets: Justin Patton, C

Team needs: Center efficiency, offensive rebounding, inside scoring.

For the Charlotte Hornets, the need is just as apparent as it was a month ago. The team was outplayed by a mile at the center position, and struggled to rebound and score around the hoop, as they finished the year 27th in offensive rebounding rate (19.9%) and 22nd with 27.7 two-point field goals a game.

What has changed is Justin Patton's ascension up draft boards, something that should thrill Hornets fans. After all, Patton grabbed 1.7 offensive boards and produced 11.9 two-point makes per 100 possessions this past season.

For a player that comes in at 7' tall with a 226-pound frame and 7'3" wingspan, the sky is the limit.

Previous mock: Ike Anigbogu
