The Denver Nuggets were a terrific fantasy matchup last season, playing at a top-10 pace and ranking 29th in defensive rating while allowing top-5 fantasy numbers to opposing point guards.
That hasn't quite been the case this year, but their first two games have been against the Sacramento Kings and Utah Jazz -- two teams that rank bottom-three in pace and boast below-average offenses -- and unless they start to show defensive improvement and a slowed pace over a bigger sample, it's worth continuing to target point guards against Denver.
John Wall has had a terrific start to the year, averaging 47.8 FanDuel points per game while sporting a 34.4% usage rate and a 42.2% assist rate in 35.5 minutes per game. He's easy to like in this matchup.
