Unlike the other four guys listed, Marcin Gortat's inconsistent playing time hasn't been due to injury or any fault of his own. Over the last nine days, two back-to-back sets have affected his minutes, but in the one game he wasn't on a back-to-back, the veteran center played more than 31 minutes and tallied 41.9 FanDuel points versus the Detroit Pistons.
The Washington Wizards had Wednesday off and will have tomorrow off before playing Saturday. Therefore, it's no surprise to see him projected him to play 29 minutes. In the same vein, it's not shocking that he's a top-five point-per-dollar play on the board tonight. The Wizards have an implied total of 112 points, the aforementioned Suns are allowing the sixth-most (51.6) FanDuel points per game to opposing centers, and Gortat's staring down a revenge game against one of his former teams. What's not to like?
