3 NBA DraftKings Value Plays to Target on 1/30/18
Willie Cauley-Stein's injury could potentially mean a big night for Zach Randolph. Which other low-cost players are worth a look in Tuesday's NBA DFS contests?

Zach Randolph, PF/C, Sacramento Kings

DraftKings Salary: $5,300

With a slate full of impactful injuries, the absence of Willie Cauley-Stein may go a bit overlooked. It actually makes a big difference for the Sacramento Kings' frontcourt rotation, as would the absence of Skal Labissiere (questionable). With both of the youngsters off the court, Zach Randolph has dominated the paint for Sacramento to the tune of a 32.2% usage rating and 1.27 DraftKings points per minute.

He needs just 26.5 DraftKings points at this price, which would require 21 minutes of him at that efficiency. If Labissiere also sits out, there is almost no way Randolph doesn't see 21-plus minutes, making it tough to imagine him not exceeding value at his price tag in that scenario. He's still worth a look if Labissiere plays and is a near must-play if he sits.

There could be room for value plays outside of Randolph, too, as the New Orleans Pelicans combine the league's 6th-quickest pace of play with the 23rd-ranked defensive efficiency and 19th-ranked rebounding rate (which drops to what would be a league-worst 47.1% without DeMarcus Cousins) to create a fantasy-friendly environment for opposing big men.

As such, Labissiere ($4,800) would be worth a tournament look if healthy, and Kosta Koufos ($4,200) would be intriguing if Labissiere misses. Both are averaging right around 0.90 DraftKings points per minute without Cauley-Stein, which gives them an intriguing ceiling if they're looking at over 25 minutes of playing time.
