After all of Thursday's deadline deals, the Cleveland Cavaliers will look entirely different. Unfortunately, we'll have to wait at least a game to see their reinforcements at work. So, tonight, they'll be shorthanded, with just 10 available players -- only six of which are usual rotation guys -- against the Atlanta Hawks. One of the guys available is Kyle Korver, who will be asked to pick up minutes with the majority of changes coming on the wing.
On the year, the sharpshooting Korver is averaging just 14.6 FanDuel points and 21.4 minutes per game. Basically, he's at 0.70 FanDuel points per minute, but in the 94 minutes he's played without Dwyane Wade, Isaiah Thomas, Jae Crowder, Iman Shumpert and Kevin Love (injured), Korver's averaged 0.85 FanDuel points per minute with a 22.4% usage rate and 64% true shooting percentage (per NBAWowy).
Korver's splits make for a nice baseline, but it's his opportunity and matchup that will be the reason he goes off if he does. In 2017-18, the Hawks are allowing the fourth-most three-point makes, sixth-most attempts and second-highest three-point percentage. Oh -- and it helps that Korver's used to the atmosphere after playing four-plus seasons in Atlanta.
