Another player getting a huge boost due to an injury, Jrue Holiday will be asked to shoulder a much heavier workload if Anthony Davis (ankle, doubtful) doesn't suit up.
It's a small sample size (152 minutes), but in his time playing with both Davis and DeMarcus Cousins off the floor this year, Holiday has a 33.3% usage rate, a 36.8% assist rate, and is averaging an elite 1.43 FanDuel points per minute. Playing time is never going to be a concern with Holiday, as he’s played in no fewer than 32 in any of his last 10, while averaging 36.9 per game in that stretch. Combining that with a massive bump in efficiency isn’t hard to like.
A matchup with Washington isn't one to get excited about, but Holiday's numbers with Davis out are the kind ou usually see from guys priced north of $10,000, making it easy to look past the tough matchup.
