Price: $12,500
While Durant is today's top high-priced play when you factor in salary, if you've loaded up on value options and have space, paying up for LeBron James is another great way to go.
James has been absurdly consistent recently, topping 50 FanDuel points in 12 of his last 13 games (averaging 57.3 per) while notching at least 60 in three of his last five. He's producing efficient numbers in that stretch, but his playing time has also played a huge role in that consistency, with at least 38.5 minutes played in five of his last six.
This matchup between the Cavaliers and the Clippers also has the day's highest over/under at 230.5, with only a 1-point spread. So we're likely to see a shootout, while the Cavs are also playing up in pace against a Clippers team that ranks fourth in that category over the past month.
Paying $12,500 is a lot to stomach, but with LeBron's recent production and this terrific matchup, he's well worth it.
