DraftKings Price: $5,500
While a price of $5,500 might not scream value in terms of price alone, value should mainly mean what you can expect to get as a return on your investment in DraftKings points per dollar. In that light, Kyle Kuzma has a big chance to have a high ROI tonight when he faces the San Antonio Spurs at the Staples Center.
Kuzma has seen 29 and 25 minutes in his first two games, respectively, but his run should climb into the mid-30s this evening. Usual starting power forward Brandon Ingram was suspended for four games for his role in Saturday's fight against the Houston Rockets (Rajon Rondo and Chris Paul got three and two games, respectively). That means Kuzma is likely to slide into the starting five for the next week or so.
In his 42 career games as a bench player, Kuzma has averages of 26.3 minutes and 25.4 DraftKings points. As a starter, those numbers jump to 36.5 minutes and 33.5 DraftKings points, respectively. He has scored a minimum of 26.5 DraftKings points when facing the Spurs and in averaging 31.9 in three career games against them.
We have him projected for 27.3 DraftKings points tonight, with upside nearly double that. Don't sleep on him in your lineups tonight.
