Similar to Brown, Trevor Ariza's production has been a bit down recently. After putting up 32.8 FanDuel points last Thursday against the Celtics, the veteran wing man has tallied just 19.8 and 21.1 in consecutive games. But look for things to turn around tonight as the Phoenix Suns host the San Antonio Spurs.
Last game, Ariza was subjected to fewer minutes due to the early 32-13 deficit the Suns put themselves in after one. Phoenix opted for a little more youth and pure scoring as a result. However, when we look back over the last seven games, we see that Ariza has been at his best against tough competition. Not only did he put up 32.9 against the Spurs on Halloween, but he's had games of 25.2, 36.3 and 32.8 against Toronto, Memphis and, as mentioned, Boston.
Averaging 33.5 minutes, the workload is enough to provide a nice floor, but it's a little bit higher in this spot. The Spurs are 22nd against small forwards, allowing 43.13 FanDuel points per 48 minutes. If you do the math, all Ariza needs is about 26 minutes to reach five-times value at that rate.
