5 NBA FanDuel Value Plays to Target on 1/16/19
Royce O'Neale is in line to play heavy minutes again for a depleted Jazz backcourt. What other low-priced options are worth a look in DFS on Wednesday?

Rodney Hood, SF, Cleveland Cavaliers

FanDuel Price: $4,100
Projected FanDuel Points: 18.8
Projected FanDuel Value: 4.58

Rodney Hood has been oft-injured this season, knocking his price tag down in DFS. When he has been on the court, and playing solid minutes, the Cleveland Cavaliers wing has provided significant punch to fantasy lineups.

Last time out, Hood dropped 18 points in 24.5 minutes of action for 27.1 FanDuel points. When Hood has played at least 24 minutes in a game this season -- which he has done 26 times --, he has posted at least 20 FanDuel points 17 times (65%). In eight of his last 10 games, Hood has scored at least 19 FanDuel points. An explosive scorer, the former Jazz has posted at least 12 points in eight of his last 10 games while averaging 13.9 points per game on 50.0% shooting from the field. This is all while battling an Achilles injury that has knocked him out of eight of the last 19 games.

While he will remain on a soft minutes limit Wednesday, Hood is in line for another night of solid fantasy production as he faces the Portland Trail Blazers who allow the seventh-most FanDuel points per minute to small forwards (0.89).
