The 10 Best Single-Game Performances From the 2013-14 NBA Season
Using John Hollinger's Game Score, we take a look at the 10 best individual statistical performances from last season.

4. Chris Paul vs. Wizards - December 14th, 2013

Game Score: 42.5

Déjà vu.

Chris Paul put up the fifth best statistical performance of the season against Steph Curry on Halloween, but outdid himself by putting up an even better gem against John Wall and the Wizards in December.

Wall put up a decent game himself against CP3, scoring 24 points and adding 12 assists. Unfortunately for him, much like Curry, Wall was not the best point guard to take the floor that day.

Paul’s 38 points, 12 assists, and 3 steals against the Wiz didn’t quite compare to the 42, 15, and 6 he put up against the Warriors at first glance, but he only had 2 turnovers and 2 fouls in Washington, compared to 6 and 4 respectively when Golden State visited LA.

Furthermore, CP3’s efficiency in this one was practically unmatched by any other individual performance all year, by him or otherwise. He finished the game shooting 11 for 14 from the field, 6 for 7 from deep, and a perfect 11 for 11 from the line. The resulting true shooting percentage for that scorching split was 100.8%.

That’s right, Chris Paul cares not for your math and perceptions of perfection.

Ludicrous.
