The 10 Best College Basketball Programs Since 2000
Where do Coach K's Duke Blue Devils rank among the best college programs this century?

5. Florida Gators

Average nERD: 14.53

The Florida Gators of the early 2000's are among the more memorable teams, especially outside the five big blues. Based on two championships in back-to-back seasons -- in 2005-06 and 2006-07 -- Florida is 439-160 in the last 17 seasons, with Billy Donovan leading the way for all but one of those.

By nERD (19.52), 2012-13 was their best season, but the 2006-07 championship campaign was the next-best and the better of their two title runs. In those two seasons, the Gators totaled 64 wins, a championship and an Elite Eight appearance.

The championship Gators were full of talent, with the likes of Al Horford and Joakim Noah, but in an overall sense, they've been one of the better offensive programs on this list. They have owned an offense that, on average, is better than 90.8% of teams.
