FanDuel Price: $4,800
Things change quickly in the NFL.
While everyone dismissed fifth-round pick Tajae Sharpe when he was working with the Tennessee Titans’ starters in minicamp during the offseason, he’s now going into Week 1 as the number-one receiver for Marcus Mariota. Dorial Green-Beckham was traded. Justin Hunter was released. Kendall Wright is still nursing a hamstring injury.
With some confusing preseason usage for the rest of the Titans’ wide receiver depth chart, only one thing remains certain: Sharpe is the top target, as he played 73 percent of the snaps with Mariota in the team's third preseason game. In 44 snaps with Mariota this preseason, Sharpe was targeted 10 times. At 4,800, that’s difficult to ignore for cash games.
But with a low game total of 41 and a tough opposing defense in the Minnesota Vikings, you may be better off spending $100 more in tournaments for Saints’ rookie wideout Michael Thomas. He played in two-wide receiver sets over Willie Snead in Weeks 2 and 3 of the preseason and is playing in a game with the highest Vegas total of the weekend.
