5 Players Whose FanDuel Salaries Are Way Too Low
Month-old salaries led to underpriced players in Week 1. But which cheap guys should you target and use?

James White, RB, New England Patriots

FanDuel Price: $4,900

When Dion Lewis went down with an ACL injury last season, James White stepped into the passing down role and received five-plus targets in five of eight games. This volume led White to four receiving touchdowns in the second half of the season, helping him score 10-plus FanDuel points in half of his starts.

Lewis was expected to be a full-go for the regular season after participating in OTAs, but a setback occurred and Lewis was placed on the in-season PUP. Thus, White will open the season as the receiving back once again.

If pricing were released this week, White would likely be in the $5,500 to $5,800 range with other receiving running backs like Danny Woodhead, Giovani Bernard, Bilal Powell, and Darren Sproles.

White would be a gutsy play in cash games, as his floor is virtually non-existent -- he had fewer than five carries in every game last year, and if the Patriots grab a lead, White will be glued to the sidelines. But as a big road underdog against the Cardinals in Week 1, this would be the time to roster White as he should see plenty of snaps and usage in the second half.
