5 Players Whose FanDuel Salaries Are Way Too Low
Month-old salaries led to underpriced players in Week 1. But which cheap guys should you target and use?

Spencer Ware, RB, Kansas City Chiefs

FanDuel Price: $5,400

Even if FanDuel released their pricing during their normal schedule this week, Spencer Ware may have been a beneficiary of the timing of the news that boosted his value. On Monday, head coach Andy Reid said it’s “unlikely” Jamaal Charles suits up for the Kansas City Chiefs’ Week 1 game, leaving Ware as the lead back against the San Diego Chargers.

Some may look at Ware’s lack of involvement in the passing game last season and label him a two-down back, but Ware hauled in 8 receptions in 94 snaps this preseason. With three rushing touchdowns, he’s also locked in the goal-line work. Running well ahead of Charcandrick West, despite what the depth chart reads, Ware is in line for a big workload Sunday as the Chiefs’ are near-touchdown favorites at home.

Ware has only received a big load workload twice in his career, but he’s performed beautifully in those games -- 19 rushes, 144 yards, 1 touchdown and 16 rushes, 76 yards, 1 touchdown.

Ware will be extremely highly owned, as every fantasy analyst is recommending him this week, including other authors at numberFire, like you can see here. And here. And here. You’ll be behind in your cash games if you don’t roster Ware.
