New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham is anything but an unheralded scrub; he is the epitome of showtime, given his boisterous celebrations, hotheadedness in interactions with other players, and the abandon with which he plays the game of football. After being (fairly) warned by officials that they would be watching him in his matchup with Washington cornerback Josh Norman earlier this season, though, Beckham stated, “I’m not having fun [playing football] anymore.”

I don’t think we have to worry about that moving forward.

Beckham sure looked like he loved the moment when -- late in the third quarter in Sunday’s game against the Baltimore Ravens -- he put a double-move on cornerback Will Davis, turning back around, then jetting downfield again. With the Giants down three with less than 20 minutes left in the game, quarterback Eli Manning took the snap, saw Beckham’s agility toast Davis, and just lobbed a floater over Beckham and into a perfect basket catch. Beckham raced 75 yards to the end zone and proceeded to celebrate like it was his first score all over again; pure joy.
