Following Thursday night's game, our own Jim Sannes detailed the resurrection of Davante Adams'.
As the Packers headed into Thursday night's game with a slew of injuries, particularly at the running back position, they desperately needed some folks to step up in the worst way, and Adams did just that.
Adams saw a career-high 16 targets, and he turned that into a monster outing with 13 catches for 132 yards and 2 touchdowns.
Given the injuries and Aaron Rodgers' postgame comments, this team will probably be throwing the ball quite a bit moving forward. While 56 attempts probably isn't a safe bet week in and week out, Adams is sure to have a large role in this offense moving forward.
