Ranking the Kickers Remaining in the NFL Playoffs
Kickers are often the afterthought -- until the spotlight hits them. Which playoff kicker has been the most reliable in 2016?

1. Matt Bryant, Atlanta Falcons

Stat Score Rank
Field Goal NEP 22.51 2
Field Goal NEP/Play 0.61 4
Late-Game NEP/Play 0.38 11

Matt Bryant did finish second in Field Goal NEP this season at 22.51, but let's be clear: he was no Justin Tucker. Tucker posted 50.40 Field Goal NEP this season, the best mark ever.

But let's give Bryant credit: he finished with one of the two other marks above 16.29, and he hit 34 of 37 field goal attempts. He was 7 for 8 after the third quarter on field goals and 10 of 11 on extra points.

He was a key cog in the Atlanta Falcons' offense, which was the best unit on a per-play basis by our metrics since 2000.
