Ranking the Kickers Remaining in the NFL Playoffs
Kickers are often the afterthought -- until the spotlight hits them. Which playoff kicker has been the most reliable in 2016?

2. Cairo Santos, Kansas City Chiefs

Stat Score Rank
Field Goal NEP 14.80 7
Field Goal NEP/Play 0.42 10
Late-Game NEP/Play 0.44 8

Cairo Santos' late-game NEP last season (-4.33) would have been a bottom-five mark among kickers with at least 25 attempts this season, but he turned things around this year.

He attempted a league-leading 17 field goals in the fourth quarter and beyond, and Santos made all 17. He was also 6 of 7 on extra points after the third quarter, too. Santos added 7.52 Field Goal NEP in the fourth quarter this season, which was more than Novak (7.43) and Gostkowski (7.41) added all season.
