For some time, we've discussed whether Eli Manning is really good or elite among the ranks of NFL quarterbacks. Well, no matter where you come out on that, you have to agree that Manning has positioned himself -- as expected -- in the elite three of the '04 class.
After all, in 15 seasons as the New York Giants' (having been traded from the San Diego Chargers on draft night) offensive leader, Manning has won two Super Bowls while attending four Pro Bowls for his accomplishments. He's also passed for at least 18 touchdowns in all but his rookie season, while accounting for 48,218 yards.
With AVs of 15, the 2011 and 2012 seasons constitute Manning's best two performances. In both, the Giants won just nine games while he threw 15-plus interceptions, but he also threw for 29 and 26 touchdowns, respectively, and went to the Pro Bowl both times.
