Has Eric Berry held down the top spot, or has Earl Thomas taken it from him?

4. Kam Chancellor

CarAV: 43

If we're talking value in a pick, then look no further than Kam Chancellor. A former fifth-round selection by the Seattle Seahawks, the 6'3" monster of a safety has turned in six great seasons in his relatively short time in the league.

On four different occasions, Chancellor has wrapped up opposing ball-carriers at least 69 times. He's had exactly 80 tackles in two seasons while totaling 12 picks and 8 forced fumbles in his career.

In 2013 -- the Seahawks' championship year -- the veteran yielded 80 tackles to go with 12 pass defenses and 3 interceptions. The final result was an AV of 11 and his second of 4 Pro Bowls.
