Sanders was masterful, racking up 1,898 total yards and 12 total touchdowns, which earned him a spot on the NFL's All-Pro First-Team. Best of all, he helped lead Detroit to a 10-6 record and a berth in the Wild Card round. Unfortunately, the Lions fell to the Philadelphia Eagles in a game in which Sanders had only 10 carries (10?! Come on, coach) for 40 yards.
