The 2002 season was one of decline for the Rams. Kurt Warner struggled with both health issues and poor performance on the field, and so went the St. Louis offense -- save for Faulk.
In his ninth season, Faulk started 10 and played 14 games. He racked up 953 yards and eight rushing scores, and boosted his stats with another 537 yards and two touchdowns as a great receiving option for backup quarterback Marc Bulger. Despite Pro Bowl honors, it was just a lost season for all parties involved.
