Coby Fleener burned a lot of people last year at his seventh-round ADP (TE6). He finished as the TE15 despite playing in all 16 games.
Of the 18 tight ends with at least 75 targets (which is a small sample, but hey, only 18 tight ends had 75 or more targets last year, so that counts for something), Fleener -- on 82 targets -- actually ranked sixth in Reception NEP per catch. He was also eighth in Reception NEP per target, too.
Fleener's ADP has fallen to TE15 (in the 13th round), and even though the touchdowns didn't pile up (he had just three in 2016), the targets seem safe -- we project him for 86 -- and he's tied to a passing offense that has ranked inside the top 10 in Adjusted Passing NEP per play for 11 straight seasons.
