Fantasy Football: 12 Barely-Owned Players to Watch
Chicago Bears running back Tarik Cohen is among the under-the-radar players to keep an eye on in the early fantasy season.

Matt Breida, RB, San Francisco 49ers

ESPN Ownership Percentage: 2.4%

At the start of camp, undrafted free agent Matt Breida was a longshot to make the team. However, he didn't let that slow him down, as he posted a strong August and found himself number-two on the San Francisco 49ers depth chart come September. The Niners felt confident enough in Breida to cut Tim Hightower, even after placing their fourth-round pick, Joe Williams, on injured reserve.

Breida is an athletic specimen, with a 4.42 40-yard dash to his name, as well as an 88th percentile SPARQ score and 100th percentile Burst score. Carlos Hyde is the no-doubt lead back, but has played in just 55.6% of San Fran's games over the past two seasons. Niners general manager John Lynch has already acknowledged that Breida will be a part of the offense immediately, and if Hyde's injury history creeps up on him again, Breida could become a priority waiver wire add.
