Jacquizz Rodgers is coming off a quiet Week 3 performance, having tallied only five carries against the Minnesota Vikings.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were playing from behind for most of that game, though, and the team only ran the ball nine times -- with just seven of those attempts coming from running backs. Looking at those carries as a 71% share of the Bucs' running back totes, Rodgers' quiet game becomes a lot less concerning. He also had 19 carries (61% of the running backs' total) in Week 2.
The New York Giants rank 26th in Adjusted Defensive Rushing NEP per play this season, and the Bucs are three-point favorites in this one. Rodgers' volume should bounce back in a big way, and in a matchup like this, increased volume is big for his fantasy potential.
