FanDuel Price: $4,800
DraftKings Price: $3,700
With Chris Carson going down for the Seattle Seahawks, we're back to square one in the Seahawks backfield, and Thomas Rawls and Eddie Lacy are the new leaders in the clubhouse for touches.
The trouble is, who, if anyone, will garner the lion's share of carries? Head coach Pete Carroll is saying only positive things about Rawls this week, and some speculate that he's Carroll's first option in the pecking order. But that's the issue -- it's all speculation. No one truly knows how this is going to shake out between Rawls and Lacy, not to mention that C.J. Prosise (if healthy) and J.D. McKissic will also be in the mix.
The matchup is amazing against the Los Angeles Rams, who rank 31st against the run by our metrics and have allowed the most fantasy points to running backs on both FanDuel and DraftKings. The salaries for both Rawls and Lacy are cheap, but despite the positives, this is as blind a dart throw as they come, and it's entirely possible that all the backs get an equal share of the pie, canceling their fantasy values out.
If you go here, you might get lucky and hit a bullseye, but the safer scenario is to wait before trusting anyone in this backfield.
