Jared Cook, TE, Oakland Raiders
6 Receptions, 107 Yards, 7 Targets
Performance Score: 96
Our third and final Oakland Raiders superstar of the week was tight end Jared Cook, a tantalizing talent who is as inconsistent as he is dynamic. He was excellent on Thursday, catching 6 of his 7 targets for 107 yards and notching a Performance Score of 96.
Through six games in 2017, his season high with regard to receiving yards was 56, a total he nearly doubled against the Chiefs while serving as a major part of the Raiders' much-needed victory. He finished with a Reception NEP of 13.12 and asserted himself as another weapon in what is ideally becoming a diverse and explosive passing attack.
Cook is just 61 yards away from topping his 2016 total of 377 yards with the Green Bay Packers. Still, he has just one touchdown on the season and looks likely to remain an inconsistent fantasy option at tight end as he has been for all of his career.
