NFL
Fantasy Football: 4 Unexpectedly Great Week 7 Performances

O.J. Howard, TE, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

NFL.com Start Percentage: 2%

Week 7 Fantasy Points: 21.8

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers' rookie was Week 7's top fantasy tight end. O.J. Howard produced 98 yards and a pair of touchdowns against Buffalo while looking every bit like a dominant player.

But don't get too excited yet. The touchdowns raise his season total to just three, and the receiving yardage exceeded his previous four weeks combined. We also still rank Howard well behind teammate Cameron Brate for Week 8, who has proven to be a very trustworthy player, along with still earning more targets (9) than Howard (6).

Howard may surpass Brate next season, but don't let one game change your outlook for 2017. Howard is still a rookie and Brate is the tight end to own in Tampa Bay.
