Fantasy Football Quarterback Streaming Week 12: On Board With Jacoby Brissett

Tyrod Taylor, Buffalo Bills

Yahoo Ownership: 40%

Tyrod Taylor's ownership is still over our cutoff, but I suspect most of that is due to some inactive leagues and/or two-quarterback formats. It's highly unlikely Taylor is owned in 40% of one-quarterback leagues after last week's (silly) benching, so we need to mention him here.

As of Tuesday morning, the Bills are "still evaluating" their quarterback situation. It sure seems like they have to turn back to Taylor after Nathan Peterman's five-pick day, and if they do, TyGod is in a decent spot against the Kansas City Chiefs.

The Bills are currently 10.0-point underdogs -- normally something that would scare us off a quarterback. However, throughout his career, Taylor has been a better fantasy option in losses, which bucks the usual trend.

Split Games Passing Yards Per Game Passing TDs Rushing Yards Per Game Rushing TDs
Win 31 120.9 24 26.0 6
Loss 22 197.8 24 34.2 8

Due to an increase in drop backs in negative game scripts, Taylor's counting stats get a big lift when Buffalo is trailing. Vegas thinks that'll happen at Arrowhead this week, and as long as Taylor starts, he'll be a nice streaming option.
