With Damien Williams sidelined due to a shoulder injury, Kenyan Drake has handled 80.00% of the Miami Dolphins carries. And he has exploded with that opportunity, rushing for more than 100 yards in each of those games and finding the end zone once. Drake has also contributed in the passing game, pushing his combined yards to an average of 167.0 per game.
In Week 13, he became just the second running back all season to run for more than 100 yards against the Denver Broncos. And Drake followed that up by joining just two other players as 100-yard rushers versus the New England Patriots in 2017.
On 48 fewer carries, he is just 31 yards shy of previous starter Jay Ajayi's total from his seven games as a member of the Dolphins this year.
In Week 15, the Miami Dolphins have one of the best positional matchups of the week against the Buffalo Bills, who are allowing the most fantasy points per game to opposing running backs this year. If Williams is forced to miss that game, Drake will be in a great spot to continue this hot streak.
