Bovada Odds: 4/1
The Arizona Cardinals' odds may have been better if offensive guru Bruce Arians was still the head coach, but they should at least be in the hunt.
The Cards rank a mere 20th in cap space available, but they're just two years removed from a 13-win campaign that saw them advance to the NFC title game. Even with Blaine Gabbert and Drew Stanton combining for nine starts in 2017, the team went 8-8. Their D ranked 6th, according to our schedule-adjusted numbers, while their offense was 29th. Like Denver, Arizona could be a good signal caller away from being a contender.
Arizona also offers Cousins the chance to play with David Johnson, one of the game's best all-around backs, as well as Larry Fitzgerald, an all-time great wideout who -- if you're willing to read between the lines -- said his decision will be impacted by what the team does at quarterback this offseason.
