The Kansas City Chiefs' defense was horrific to start the season. In their first three games, they allowed an average of 30.6 points and 474.0 yards per game. Ever since Week 4, though, they have been a different unit.

The surging Chiefs defense gets to face a Josh Rosen-led Arizona Cardinals offense that has scored more than 18 points just once in his five starts.
