Jalen Richard has been highly consistent in PPR leagues this season, despite the fact that he has not rushed the ball more than three times in a game since Week 1.
What he has done is get massive involvement in the passing game, only seeing fewer than four targets once this season, and averaging 6.1 targets, 5.3 receptions and 44.4 receiving yards per game.
He has accounted for 17% of the Oakland Raiders' targets this year, which is the eighth-highest market share for any running back this year and only 1% away from leading all Raiders players.
The Arizona Cardinals allow the league's fifth-highest catch rate and second-most yards per target to opposing running backs, and with such a strong volume floor, a plus efficiency matchup gives Richard a bit of a higher ceiling than we're used to seeing as well.
