10 Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Targets Heading Into Week 15
With Isaiah Crowell going down with an injury on Sunday, Elijah McGuire will likely be the lead back for the Jets in Week 15.

Ian Thomas, TE, Carolina Panthers

Ian Thomas did not disappoint as Greg Olsen's replacement, leading the Panthers with 11 targets for 9 receptions and 77 yards against Cleveland.

While we probably can't expect this kind of volume every week, considering what a dumpster fire tight end has been all year, you can bet this will get our attention, small sample or not. And with Cam Newton dealing with recent shoulder issues as well, it wouldn't be surprising to see him stick with a short passing game, which would continue to benefit Thomas.

The Saints haven't been allowing many fantasy points to tight ends this year, but they did just allow a two-touchdown day to Cameron Brate, and this week's game is already looking to be one of Week 15's top potential shootouts. Even with New Orleans playing better defense of late, we've rarely seen this kind of usage from a tight end off the waiver wire this season.
