Andrew Luck became the fifth quarterback off the board here in the eighth round, obviously much later than he goes in most other drafts. But with most teams already done with selecting their starting backs and receivers, it's the right time to pick the best signal caller available, and that's what Tyler was able to fo with the 86th pick.

Jordan Hoover made the bold move to grab industry darling Justin Hunter with a top-100 pick. Hunter is going around two rounds later, on average, but his upside is undeniable. Fantasy football, and especially the wide receiver position, is about scoring touchdowns, and that's something Hunter has the potential to do a lot of this year.

My pick: DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Houston Texans - Another receiver taken a couple rounds ahead of his ADP, I see Hopkins as the second-best target in a passing offense that I expect to be much improved over last season. The addition of Ryan Fitzpatrick brings stability to the passing game in Houston, and that will help both Andre Johnson and Hopkins have solid seasons and make them fantasy relevant all year.
