Ted Ginn Jr. isn't a source of consistent targets, but he has been pretty solid in terms of returning fantasy production. Ginn's targets have flowed from 7 to 9 to 6 to 3 in his first four games, yet that lowest return -- 2 catches for 18 yards in Week 4 -- included 2 end zone visits.
Now, Seattle isn't exactly the type of defense to target against, as they rank 12th in Adjusted Defensive Passing NEP per play in 4th in fantasy points allowed to receivers, but they can struggle with smaller, shifty receivers like Ginn.
Ginn has posted double-digit fantasy points in three straight games, which is why -- despite the rough matchup in Seattle -- he's our 25th-ranked receiver on the week. He's not particularly safe, but he could be worth it as one of the few actual receiving options in Carolina.
