Starting running backs from opposite teams in the same game isn't exactly good process based on correlations, but that doesn't mean Hillman and Duke Johnson can't have some useful production.
Again, Cleveland is a four-point home 'dog, so playing from behind isn't going to be a surprise. Denver has the stingiest overall defense in the league, the toughest pass defense, and the eighth-ranked run defense.
Johnson has 25 targets in his last three games with a rather consistent reception output of 6, 9, and 6 catches. When the Browns are losing -- and even if they're not -- Johnson's receiving production can carry him to useful fantasy performances.
