It's very likely that Alfred Blue eats up the workload in the Houston backfield in the absence of Arian Foster, but Chris Polk has actually played more snaps this year (146) than Blue has (124). Blue has just 3 catches all year, and Polk has 11, so he could pick up the receiving work for Houston.
Neither have great rushing metrics (Blue's Rushing NEP on 60 carries is -3.73; Polk's on 40 carries is -3.43), but the matchup is nice enough (Tennessee is 27th against the run, per our per-play metrics, but are 10th against the pass) for the Texans to lean on their running backs and DeAndre Hopkins. This is a deeper recommendation for sure, but Polk has shown great metrics in previous seasons in Philadelphia, something Blue can't lay claim to.
