10 Fantasy Football Sleepers for Week 9
Melvin Gordon has been a disappointment all season. Is this the week he turns things around?

DeSean Jackson, WR, Washington Redskins

Out of action since Week 1, DeSean Jackson is expected to return to the field this week.

Rarely someone you would consider a sleeper over the course of his career, the speedy wide receiver is still a bit of a question mark in Week 9 because of the Patriots' affinity to game plan against their opponent's best offensive weapon.

However, Washington will travel to New England this week and are heavy underdogs in a game featuring the highest over/under of the week. New England has been very solid against the pass this season -- they currently rank 10th in Adjusted Defensive Passing NEP per play -- but have given up lots of fantasy production to wide receivers -- third most in the league -- due to jumping out to leads against teams.

In a game that should see Washington playing from behind, Jackson will be given plenty of chances to make a big play this week, even if the Pats key on him.
