It looks like we'll get one more week of Brandon LaFell at a bargain bin price.
Since returning against the Jets in Week 6, LaFell has averaged eight targets per game, which is actually more than he averaged last season. He's yet to find the end zone in his three games, but he caught 5 passes for 102 yards last week and looks to be back to last season's form.
The Patriots are against a Giants team that ranks 21st against the pass according to our Adjusted Defensive Passing NEP metrics, and Vegas gives them the highest projected point total of the week at 31.25. The Patriots offense, as usual, is going to put up a ton of points, and playing LaFell is a great way to get a big piece of the offense (he has seen 18.3% of the team targets since returning), at a reasonably low price.
